Nous recherchons un.e Visiteur.e Médical.e Urologie (H/F) en CDI, touché.e par notre mission d’améliorer la santé urologique en France. 
 
Tu rejoindras une équipe française à taille humaine motivée par le développement des thérapies numériques. 
 
Parmi tes missions et responsabilités : 
  • Assurer l’information promotionnelle et entretenir une relation professionnelle auprès des professionnels de santé, notamment urologues, pour promouvoir nos thérapies numériques 
  • Fournir des informations précises et détaillées sur nos thérapies, leur utilisation et leurs bénéfices thérapeutiques 
  • Organiser et optimiser la gestion de ton activité dans le respect de la stratégie et des modalités d'organisation définies en interne 
  • Participer à des événements médicaux et scientifiques pour présenter nos thérapies et suivre les tendances de marché 
  • Collaborer avec notre équipe commerciale et marketing à Paris pour élaborer des stratégies efficaces de promotion des thérapies 
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et les reporting inhérents à ta fonction 
  • Respecter la réglementation et la déontologie en vigueur 
Votre profil

  • Tu as suivi une formation commerciale 
  • Tu bénéficies de plus de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en tant que Visiteur Médical.e, potentiellement dans le domaine de l’urologie (optionnel) 
  • Tu possèdes d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relationnel, notamment avec les professionnels de santé 
  • Autonome, engagé et rigoureux, tu sauras mener à bien cette mission et t’investir pleinement dans ce nouveau challenge 
  • Tu es doué.e d’une forte éthique professionnelle et respectes les réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux 
  • Tu es passionné.e par l’innovation en santé, les nouvelles technologies et souhaites contribuer à l'essor des thérapies numériques en France 
  • La maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office) est requise

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Job description 

We are looking for a Urology Medical Visitor (M/F) on a permanent contract who is committed to our mission of improving urological health in France.

You will be joining a human-sized French team motivated by the development of digital therapies. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include 

  • Providing promotional information and maintaining a professional relationship with healthcare professionals, particularly urologists, to promote our digital therapies 
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about our therapies, their use and their therapeutic benefits 
  • Organise and optimise the management of your activity in line with the strategy and organisational procedures defined internally 
  • Participate in medical and scientific events to present our therapies and monitor market trends 
  • Working with our sales and marketing team in Paris to develop effective strategies for promoting our therapies 
  • Carry out the administrative follow-up and reporting inherent in your role 
  • Comply with current regulations and ethical standards 

YOUR TOOLKIT
​Profile required

This job is for you if : 
  • You have completed a commercial training course 
  • You have more than 5 years' professional experience as a Medical Sales Representative, potentially in the field of urology (optional). 
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with healthcare professionals 
  • Autonomous, committed and rigorous, you'll be able to carry out this role successfully and invest yourself fully in this new challenge. 
  • You have a strong professional ethic and respect the regulations in force in the field of medical devices 
  • You are passionate about innovation in healthcare and new technologies, and want to contribute to the development of digital therapies in France 
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office) is required
