Nous recherchons un.e Head of Growth en CDI, touché.e par notre mission d’améliorer la santé urologique, pour piloter notre croissance en France. 
Tu rejoindras une équipe française à taille humaine motivée par le développement des thérapies numériques et sera amené.e à régulièrement collaborer avec nos équipes de Berlin et Munich.  

Missions et responsabilités 

Parmi tes missions et responsabilités principales : 
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché, suivre les tendances de notre secteur et anticiper ses évolutions 
  • Établir des partenariats stratégiques dans l’univers de la santé (ex : groupes pharmaceutiques, mutuelles, cliniques digitales...) 
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de marketing numérique pour accroître la notoriété de Kranus Health en France et générer des leads qualifiés 
  • Collaborer avec nos équipes marketing et de visiteurs médicaux pour aligner nos objectifs de développement avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise 
  • Accompagner la Directrice France sur différents projets stratégiques 
Notre filiale est en pleine expansion, par conséquent, cette liste de missions n’est pas exhaustive. De nombreux projets pourraient t'être attribués par ailleurs. 
Votre profil

  • Tu bénéficies de plus de 3 à 5 années d’expérience professionnelle, dont une première expérience avérée dans un poste similaire au sein d’une start-up 
  • Tu es doué.e d’un esprit entrepreneurial et commercial, avec une forte capacité à définir des objectifs, les suivre et les atteindre 
  • Tu es capable d’analyser les données et de tirer des conclusions pour orienter des décisions stratégiques. 
  • Autonome, tu es capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle et de collaborer avec des équipes diverses et internationales 
  • Tu es passionné.e par l’innovation en santé, les nouvelles technologies et souhaites contribuer à l'essor des thérapies numériques en France 
  • Tu bénéficies d’un excellent niveau d'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit 
  • La maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office) est requise 
  • Formation commerciale, Grande École

De nouvelles thérapies sont en développement pour proposer des traitements innovants adressant les pathologies urologiques masculines et féminines. 

Créée en 2020 à Munich en Allemagne, notre société compte plus de 70 collaborateurs répartis entre nos bureaux de Munich (siège), Berlin et Paris (filiale française).  

 

En matière de financement, elle a levé 20 millions dollars en série A et compte 3 fonds français experts du secteur de la santé digitale parmi ses investisseurs. 

Notre filiale française a été fondée en juillet 2023. Ses bureaux se situent à PariSanté Campus dans le 15ième arrondissement de Paris. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Job description 

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our growth in France on a permanent contract, driven by our mission to improve urological health. 

You will be joining a human-sized French team motivated by the development of digital therapies and will be required to work regularly with our teams in Berlin and Munich.  

Tasks and responsibilities 

  • Your main tasks and responsibilities will include 
  • Identifying new market opportunities, monitoring trends in our sector and anticipating its development 
  • Establishing strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector (e.g. pharmaceutical groups, mutual insurance companies, digital clinics, etc.) 
  • Design and implement digital marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Kranus Health in France and generate qualified leads 
  • Working with our marketing and sales teams to align our development objectives with the company's overall strategy 
  • Support the French Director in various strategic projects 
  • Our subsidiary is expanding rapidly, so this list of tasks is not exhaustive. There are many other projects that could be assigned to you. 
YOUR TOOLKIT
Profile required

This job is for you if: 

  • You have more than 3 to 5 years' professional experience, including a first proven experience in a similar position within a start-up company. 
  • You have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with a strong ability to define, monitor and achieve objectives. 
  • You are able to analyse data and draw conclusions to guide strategic decisions. 
  • You are a self-starter, able to manage several projects in parallel and work with diverse international teams. 
  • You are passionate about innovation in healthcare and new technologies, and want to contribute to the development of digital therapies in France. 
  • You have an excellent level of written and spoken English 
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office) is required 
  • Commercial/business training, Grande Ecole
