Vos tâches

Nous recherchons un.e Chargé.e de Marketing et Communication (H/F) en CDI, touché.e par notre mission d’améliorer la santé urologique en France.

Tu rejoindras une équipe française à taille humaine dans nos locaux de PariSanté Campus, motivée par le développement des thérapies numériques.

Parmi tes missions et responsabilités :

Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing et de communication pour promouvoir nos thérapies numériques auprès des professionnels de santé et des patients, en collaboration avec notre Head of Growth.
Créer du contenu pour nos différents canaux de communication (site web, documents institutionnels, page Linkedin...).
Définir, mettre en place et suivre les résultats de nos campagnes de communication.
Organiser et participer aux événements et salons professionnels.
Assurer une veille concurrentielle et sectorielle pour identifier les tendances et opportunités.
Accompagner avec succès nos premiers patients au cours de leur thérapie : inscription, assistance technique ...
Remonter les retours de nos patients à nos équipes Produit et Tech.

Votre profil

Tu as au moins 2 ans d’expérience en marketing et communication dans le secteur de la santé dont tu maitrises les codes et la réglementation.
Tu possèdes d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale et est doué.e d’un esprit créatif.
Fort.e d’un esprit entrepreneurial, tu sais travailler de manière autonome, avec un sens de l'organisation et une gestion efficace de ton temps.
Tu es passionné.e par l’innovation en santé, les nouvelles technologies et souhaites contribuer à l'essor des thérapies numériques en France.
Tu possèdes une formation en Marketing et/ou Communication.
La maitrise des outils bureautiques (Microsoft Office) et des logiciels de conception graphique est requise.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract, driven by our mission to improve urological health in France.
You will be joining a human-sized French team at our PariSanté Campus premises, motivated by the development of digital therapies.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote our digital therapies to healthcare professionals and patients, in collaboration with our Head of Growth
Creating content for our various communication channels (website, institutional documents, Linkedin page, etc.)
Define, implement and monitor the results of our communication campaigns
Organise and take part in events and trade shows
Monitor the competition and the sector to identify trends and opportunities
Successfully support our first patients during their therapy: registration, technical assistance, etc.
Pass on patient feedback to our Product and Tech teams.

YOUR TOOLKIT

Profile required

You have at least 2 years' experience in marketing and communication in the healthcare sector, where you are familiar with codes and regulations.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills and are gifted with a creative mind
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to work independently, with good organisational skills and effective time management.
You are passionate about innovation in healthcare and new technologies, and want to contribute to the growth of digital therapies in France.
You have a background in marketing and/or communications
Proficiency in office automation tools (Microsoft Office) and graphic design software is required.
