YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruiting Intern, you will be part of a dedicated team that identifies and attracts talented and ambitious professionals to our fast-growing organisation. You will have the opportunity to gain insight into all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to liaising with various departments to attract the best talent for our business.
- You will create job adverts, select suitable channels and review incoming applications.
- You are responsible for actively searching for suitable candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Through targeted communication, you identify the right people and attract suitable applicants for Kranus.
- You will support the optimisation of our recruitment processes and implement efficient tools and best practices.
